Self-service password reset arrives with the account management screens. For now, contact your Alba EMS administrator, who can verify your identity and issue a reset.
Email support@alba-ems.example from an address Alba EMS holds for you, and include your staff number. Never send your password by email — nobody at Alba EMS will ask you for it.
